Project Description

Present in Uttar Pradesh, the project activity uses biomass waste from its own industrial processes to fuel its cogeneration systems. The project exports up to 23.5 MW of electricity to the grid from the same systems. The project thereby injects green energy into the grid which is predominantly coal-fired. The project addressed multiple SDGs like SDG 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13.
