Urjankur Shree Tatyasaheb Kore Warna Power Company Limited operates a 44 MW bagasse-based cogeneration plant within its sugar and distillery unit. By utilizing bagasse, the project generates clean energy and supports circular economy practices. The project activity exports approximately. 1,024,833 MWh of renewable electricity annually to MSEDCL, reducing GHG emissions by around 92,235 tCO₂e. Through sustainable energy generation, the initiative plays a vital role in combating climate change.
