Project Description

The project activity includes the installation of a biomass-fired boiler, of 28 TPH in Pushpathur village, Palani tahsil, Dindigul district, for generation of thermal energy and electricity. The boiler is further connected to 3 MW turbine. The generated electricity and steam is used for captive consumption. The purpose of the project activity is to generate thermal and electrical energy from biomass and replacing non- renewable fossil fuels like coal with renewable biomass.
