Project Description

The proposed project titled under UCR is "3 MW Rice Husk based Cogeneration Project at Ganeshpur, Basti (U.P.)" by M/S Suyash Paper Mills which is a biomass-based co-generation project in Basti in the state of Uttar Pradesh (INDIA). The project is contributing toward following SDG Goals 5, 8 and 13. The Project activity reduces 58,902 t-CO2e/annum greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) by avoiding fossil fuel combustion for co-generation.
